Top 5 Discord Bots of 2020
With 2020 coming to a close I decided to compile a list of the 5 best new discord bots that I saw this year.
2. Plasma
Plasma is a multi-purpose discord bot. I truly believe this is the best bot for giveaways and invite management. Both features work seamlessly together and can even be used together. One of my favorite things about this bot is the level of customization with both the invite management and giveaway features. You are able to set conditions to join a giveaway like being on a certain server or having an amount of invites. This is my top recommendation to for giveaway on your server.
3. wordPractice
This bot is by far the newest on this list. For a long time I have been wanting to learn touch typing and I stumbled upon this bot on the Typeracer Discord server. One of the things that struck me from the very beginning was how engaging it was. From badges, seasons, leaderboards, races, teams this bot had everything. I was able to change the language, length, word variety, etc… of my typing tests to suit my practice needs. Obviously it will never be the same as practicing on an actual typing website, but it’s still a fun bot that you can play with your friends. I would highly recommend trying out this bot if you want to practice your typing skills.
4. Dank Memer
Dank Memer has some many uses but each of them have their own twist to make them unlike any other bot. Apparent from its name, this bot’s theme is memes. This bot has over 260 different commands and more are being added every single day, you never get tired of it!
5. Donate Bot
This bot is very simple, it drastically simplifies currency transactions on discord. Are you looking to for a simple way to accept donations from active members of your community or sell a premium role on your server? All of these transactions can be done without any additional cost and all you need to do is invite the bot to your discord server.
